About The Position

General Foreman Electricians lead field execution on large commercial, industrial, and construction electrical projects. The role oversees multiple crews and work areas, driving safe, efficient, high-quality installation while ensuring projects remain on schedule and meet specifications and code requirements. At RK Industries, the General Foreman coordinates manpower, materials, equipment, and field operations and provides leadership to Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices. They work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, and other trades to resolve field challenges, promote productivity, and maintain a culture of safety and accountability. The position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects, develop future field leaders, and contribute to operational excellence, craftsmanship, and customer success. The role is based in Denver, Colorado, and lists compensation of $49–$58 per hour, a 4x10 schedule, weekly pay, and benefits. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
Experience leading multiple electrical crews in a foreman role.
Electrical construction experience in data center, mission-critical, commercial, or industrial construction.
Commitment to safety, quality craftsmanship, and accountability.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate multiple electrical crews and foremen across one or more jobsites.
Provide daily direction, planning, and support to ensure work is executed safely and efficiently.
Proactively identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and constraints in coordination with other trades, general contractors, and project stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with national and local ordinances, codes, regulations, and policies.
Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and field operations.
Provide leadership to Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices.
