About The Position

As a full-time General Estimator at SIXT, you’ll be at the heart of our Fleet Maintenance operations, ensuring every estimate is accurate and every process runs smoothly. You’ll review and verify vendor estimates, provide feedback to rental locations, and support management with vendor recommendations. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a keen eye for detail, and excel at multitasking, this is the role for you.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in repair estimation.
Experience in using Mitchell Cloud Estimating, CCC, or similar software.
Possess vehicle salvage knowledge.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Skilled in computer navigation and Microsoft Office Applications.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and exceptional decision-making abilities.
Adaptable, able to multitask, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Able to work a flexible schedule.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)
Associate's degree with relevant experience

Responsibilities

Support the Fleet Maintenance team by reviewing and verifying all vendor estimates.
Manage the approval or rejection of estimates and revisions to ensure accuracy.
Liaise with rental locations to provide feedback and coaching for faster approvals.
Maintain audit records of all estimates from third-party vendors and repair shops.
Receive and analyze vendor performance, providing management with reviews and recommendations.
Assist with additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.
