About The Position

The General Equipment Cleaner will perform general custodial responsibilities for assigned equipment and facilities. This position involves performing basic maintenance cleaning such as sweeping and cleaning, as well as basic cleaning of assigned equipment like vacuuming, wiping surfaces, glass, and bins. The role also requires completing all assigned safety training, participating in weekly safety/operational discussion meetings, and complying with all DSUS safety programs, policies, and procedures. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be committed to working safely while accomplishing all tasks and promoting a safe work environment at all times.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the Company’s insurance policy
• Must be able to comply with the company’s Drug and Alcohol policy.

Responsibilities

• Complete all safety training as assigned by the Company.
• Participate in weekly safety/operational discussion meetings.
• Compliance with all DSUS safety programs, policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties/assignments that may be required by management from time to time.
