About The Position

Under the guidance of the Middlefork Building Principal, District 29 is seeking a dynamic and flexible individual to work collaboratively in the role of General Education Teaching Assistant for the 26-27 school year. Under the supervision of the certified teachers, the teaching assistant will work with individuals, small groups or the whole class of students to reinforce academic, social-emotional, and executive functioning skills initially introduced by the teacher. This role will also provide instructional support as directed by the certified teachers, including preparing instructional materials, providing students with feedback, and collecting assessment data as assigned by the teacher.
