About The Position

Integrated Dermatology of Fairfax is seeking a full-time General Dermatologist to join an established, productive practice with an existing patient population and strong clinical support. This is an opportunity for a dermatologist who wants to hit the ground running, build on an established practice, and work alongside an experienced team while maintaining clinical autonomy. The opportunity involves joining an established and thriving Fairfax practice, stepping into an existing patient panel with strong community demand, and treating a broad range of general medical dermatology. The role includes performing routine dermatologic procedures, such as biopsies and lesion removal, with the opportunity to incorporate surgical and/or cosmetic dermatology based on interests. The dermatologist will work alongside experienced dermatology providers and APPs, with strong MA and clinical support, established workflows, and operational infrastructure. This position offers the chance to grow your patient panel and productivity in a collaborative environment with an experienced team, serving as an excellent opportunity for a dermatologist seeking a long-term home in Northern Virginia.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Nice To Haves

• Interest or experience in cosmetic dermatology is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dermatology care
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic dermatologic conditions
• Perform skin cancer screenings and dermatologic procedures
• Perform biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and other appropriate office procedures
• Establish long-term relationships with an existing patient population
• Collaborate with APPs, MAs, and other clinical team members
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice
