About The Position

Integrated Dermatology of Fairfax is seeking a full-time General Dermatologist to join an established, productive practice with an existing patient population and strong clinical support. This is an opportunity for a dermatologist who wants to hit the ground running, build on an established practice, and work alongside an experienced team while maintaining clinical autonomy. The practice offers a broad scope of general medical dermatology, routine dermatologic procedures, and the opportunity to incorporate surgical and/or cosmetic dermatology based on interests. The role involves collaborating with experienced dermatology providers and APPs, with strong MA and clinical support, established workflows, and operational infrastructure. The goal is to allow the dermatologist to focus on patient care while Integrated Dermatology supports the business and administrative infrastructure.

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Nice To Haves

Interest or experience in cosmetic dermatology is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general dermatology care
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic dermatologic conditions
Perform skin cancer screenings and dermatologic procedures
Perform biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and other appropriate office procedures
Establish long-term relationships with an existing patient population
Collaborate with APPs, MAs, and other clinical team members
Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice
Incorporate surgical and/or cosmetic dermatology based on your interests
