About The Position
A fully renovated, 13 operatory practice in Toledo is searching for a full time General Dentist. The practice is fully digital, has a CBCT, 2 iTero scanners, Pearl Second Opinion AI software and a WaveOne Endo system. The practice accepts PPO/FFS patients only, is currently averaging over 60 new patients per month (with 5000 total active patients), and is working 6 columns of hygiene per day. This opportunity is also offering a full benefits package that includes paid malpractice, medical, dental, vision, 401K, and CE annual allowance, plus internal CE. This is a fantastic opportunity to get into an already well established patient base and flow while also getting mentorship.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
- Licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Ohio.
- Experience with digital dentistry equipment (CBCT, iTero scanners).
- Proficiency with dental software.
- Ability to work with PPO/FFS insurance models.
- Strong patient management skills.
- Willingness to participate in mentorship.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Pearl Second Opinion AI software.
- Experience with WaveOne Endo system.
