About The Position

LakeShore Dental is seeking a motivated, compassionate General Dentist for its Chesterfield, Michigan practice. The dentist will provide comprehensive dental care and outstanding patient experiences while working with an experienced team and advanced clinical technology, including PrimeScan digital scanning, Overjet AI-powered dental intelligence, and SprintRay 3D printing. The role offers clinical autonomy, responsibility for diagnosis, treatment planning, follow-up, and maintenance, and the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships in a supportive environment with ample appointment time. The schedule is three to four days per week, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Compensation includes a guaranteed daily rate starting at $850 for the first 12 months and 32% of net collections; practice-paid laboratory fees are also provided. The practice offers a practice-paid 18-month comprehensive training program, more than 100 continuing education credits, and advanced education opportunities in implant mastery and advanced endodontics. Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Current, active dental license in good standing in the state, or eligibility to obtain one.
Dedication to integrity and the highest standards of ethical patient care.
Expertise in all areas of general dentistry.

Nice To Haves

Molar endodontics and surgical extractions are highly preferred.
Three years of general practice experience is preferred.
