About The Position

Mondovi Dental of Windsor, supported by Smile Brands, is looking for an experienced provider to join a community of collaborative providers who are invested in growing their skills, building strong patient relationships, and creating a culture where everyone smiles. This role offers the autonomy to lead patient care within a solo practice setting, supported by a talented staff. The location is commuter-friendly, situated directly north of Hartford, with access to major routes and public transportation. The town is community-focused with local events and historical landmarks. The earning potential is over $200K. This position allows for practicing at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and support, expanding skills with complimentary CE in various specialties, joining a clinical community with regular discussions, leading a strong team, and receiving real operational support.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited school
Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining)
Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
