About The Position

Refresh Dental has an opportunity for a Full time General Dentist in our dentist-owned, patient-focused, community-based group practice located in Middleburg Heights, OH. This role offers a 5-day work week and the opportunity to work alongside tenured staff. The practice is supported by a robust marketing team that drives growth and delivers new patients. Dentists in this role have full clinical autonomy, are responsible for comprehensive care (diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and maintenance), and build trusted relationships with patients. The practice utilizes groundbreaking technologies like Overjet's dental AI platform and Sprint Ray (3D printer) to deliver best-in-class dental care. Ample time is given to every patient, ensuring a satisfying experience. Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school
  • Completion of a post-doctoral residency program for all specialists
  • Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
  • Dedication to integrity and achieving the highest standards of ethical patient care
