About The Position
An established dental practice in Lubbock, Texas, is seeking an experienced General Dentist to provide comprehensive, patient-focused general dentistry. The role offers clinical autonomy in a collaborative and supportive team environment, with an established practice and patient base. This position may offer a path toward practice ownership for the right candidate. It is suited to a motivated dentist interested in a long-term opportunity to develop professionally and financially while becoming an integral part of a growing practice. The schedule is Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active dental license in Texas or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry.
- Patient-centered approach to care.
- Interest in a long-term opportunity with potential for ownership.
