About The Position

Great Lakes Dental Partners is hiring a General Dentist to provide patient care and perform clinical dentistry while helping the practice operate efficiently. The position offers clinical autonomy over diagnoses and treatment plans, along with business support, a strong patient flow, peer collaboration, continuing education, and modern technology. Scheduling is flexible and will be determined in collaboration with the team. Compensation is offered through either a daily guarantee or a percentage of collections at competitive percentages. Benefits include healthcare and a 401(k), as well as training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

At least 3 years of practicing dentistry.
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Current dental license issued by the state where practicing.
Current Controlled Substance Licenses, if applicable in the state of practice.
Remain current with applicable state and federal requirements, including dental continuing-education hours, CPR, OSHA, HIPPA, and other applicable requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-building skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to work well independently and with others in a fast-paced environment.

Work with the Office Manager to coach and counsel staff and provide consistent leadership.
Help ensure the practice operates efficiently and in an organized manner.
