About The Position

A private practice group with 2 successful owner doctors is seeking a full-time General Dentist. This practice features 9 operatories, is fully digital, and exclusively serves PPO/FFS patients. With one hygienist on the team, the practice is currently seeing over 60 new patients per month. The owners highly value continuing education (CE) and are educational partners with Zimmer implants and Patterson, offering their doctors up to 15 hours of CE annually and covering specific course fees. Compensation is a tiered percentage based on production, with the previous Associate averaging $70K in monthly production. This role also presents the potential for equity partnership after one year, making it an excellent opportunity to join a growing private practice.
