About The Position

Dental365 is a dentist-led dental organization focused on patient-centered care and a welcoming dental experience. The General Dentist will lead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, tailor treatment plans to individual needs, and help patients maintain their oral health. The role works with non-clinical teams and is supported by executive dentists, continuing education, mentorship, modern technology, and top-tier materials. The practice emphasizes health over sales and describes a supportive culture without production quotas.

The position is based at Dental Care Basking Ridge, 11 Lyons Mall, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920. The listed schedule is Monday 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m., Tuesday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Thursday 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. every other week, and Friday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. every other week, alternating with Saturday 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Compensation is based on a percentage of adjusted production; the stated salary range is $150,000–$500,000 per year.

Requirements

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university.
• Active state license in good standing.
