About The Position

Stonecreek Dental Care has an opportunity for an experienced Full time General Dentist in their dentist-owned, patient-focused, community-based group practice located in Chillicothe, OH. The compensation rates start at $1000/day with 100% practice paid lab fees, operating under PPO/FFS. The role involves working alongside a seasoned/tenured Dentist, supported by Hygienists, EFDAs, and Dental Assistants in a multi-million dollar producing practice with 15 operatories (2 to 3 per doc, 2 per hygienist). The practice utilizes Prime Scan, New CBCT, and Overjet technologies. A Sign-on Bonus and Doctor Equity Program are available. The ideal candidate is an eager producer who thrives in a consistent productive environment, supported by a robust marketing team that helps drive growth and deliver new patients. They should enjoy working with a patient-focused team that respects clinical judgment and leadership. The position offers true clinical autonomy, where dentists are responsible for full comprehensive care: diagnosis, treatment, follow up, and maintenance, allowing them to build trusted relationships with patients. The role allows maximizing earning potential by using groundbreaking technologies such as Overjet’s dental AI platform and Sprint Ray (3D printer) to deliver best-in-class dental care. The practice emphasizes ample time for every patient during their visit, ensuring patient satisfaction. Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school
  • Completion of a post-doctoral residency program for all specialists
  • Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
  • Dedication to integrity and achieving the highest standards of ethical patient care
