About The Position

This is a full-time or part-time General Dentist position with a minimum guaranteed salary of $175,000/year and unlimited earning potential based on collections. We have a PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base and offer a clear Doctor Development Plan with a path to partnership with no upfront cost.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active State Dental License & DEA License.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including: Restorative procedures, Extractions (simple and surgical), Crown & Bridge, Endodontics (Root Canals).
• Experience with iTero scanning.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative spirit.

Nice To Haves

• Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dentistry including restorative procedures, simple and surgical extractions, crown & bridge, and endodontics (root canals).
• Utilize iTero scanning and 3D imaging.
• Potentially place implants (experience is a plus, but not required).
• Collaborate with peers and mentors during case reviews.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Handle administrative, billing, and scheduling tasks with the support of a dedicated team.
