Dentist - Facial Pain Center (Twin Cities)
About The Position
Park Dental is seeking a passionate, patient-focused General Dentist to join its established Facial Pain Center practices in the Twin Cities. The role is open to experienced clinicians and recent graduates, with mentorship, clinical autonomy, and support from a doctor-led organization. The dentist will provide comprehensive, evidence-based care and build lasting relationships with patients and the communities served. Park Dental offers an established patient base, modern technology and clinical resources, dedicated clinical and operational support teams, and a collaborative network of providers across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Arizona. The schedule is 2–4 days per week, with flexible scheduling options. Starting compensation is $155,000–$200,000 annually, with incentive opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based dental care with a patient-first approach.
- Diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients about oral health and treatment options.
- Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and support teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Build lasting relationships with patients and the communities served.
- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
