About The Position

Archway Dental Partners is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join its team. The organization has multiple locations and a wide range of specialties. The dentist will diagnose dental conditions, develop appropriate treatment plans, perform basic and complex procedures, maintain patient records, and educate patients while providing excellent chair-side care. Recent graduates and experienced providers are welcome.

Requirements

• Must have a Connecticut dental license.
• Must work Saturdays.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and ability to create appropriate treatment plans.
• Skills in basic and complex procedures, including direct and indirect restorations.
• Restorative, endodontic, and cosmetic skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead.
• Excellent chair-side manner focused on patient education and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Complete basic and complex procedures, including direct and indirect restorations.
• Provide restorative, endodontic, and cosmetic dental care.
• Maintain proper patient treatment records.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to lead.
• Use modern dental instruments, including hand tools, rotary instruments, and digital radiographs.
• Educate patients and provide excellent chair-side care and customer service.
