PT/FT 1099 General Dentist
About The Position
We are seeking a General Dentist for our extended-hours dental center. This position focuses on high-production treatment, including oral surgery, endodontics, implants, crown/bridge, and dentures. The ideal candidate will possess a skillset capable of performing most or all of these procedures. Our practice offers commission-based compensation, an average production-per-patient of around $700, and operates on a fee-for-service model with PPO insurance only (no Medicaid, DMO's, or HMO's). We utilize excellent technology, including CBCT, Hiossen for implants, and WaveOne for Endo. While implant placement experience is welcome, it is not required. This role offers challenging, major treatment opportunities for higher revenue potential, supported by a professional staff and a laid-back atmosphere that promotes efficiency.
Requirements
- Skillset to perform oral surgery, endodontics, implants, crown/bridge, and dentures.
- Ability to work in an extended-hours dental center.
- Willingness to engage in high-production treatment.
- Comfort with fee-for-service and PPO insurance models.
