About The Position

Bay Area Dental Center has proudly served the Bay Area community since 1979, delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered dentistry with a strong focus on technology, education, and clinical excellence. Our doctors continually invest in advanced training and innovation to ensure the highest quality of care. We are seeking a Full‑Time General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join our long‑standing, technology‑driven practice. As Dr. Jeffrey B. Geno thoughtfully reduces his clinical schedule, this creates an outstanding opportunity for a full‑time dentist to join our team and step into a well‑established practice with consistent patient demand. Both experienced dentists and newly trained dentists are encouraged to apply. This role offers strong clinical support, mentorship, and long‑term career growth. The practice is grounded in a private‑practice mindset, even with the added support of a larger organization behind the scenes. Day‑to‑day dentistry is shaped locally—by the doctors and teams who care for the patients—not by distant decision‑makers or rigid mandates. Dentists maintain full authority over diagnosis and treatment planning, value continuity, trust, and long‑term care over volume. Administrative and operational support exists to reduce burden, not to control clinical decisions or day‑to‑day practice flow. The office environment is respectful and stable, with collaborative, experienced teams. Dentists are viewed as leaders. Schedules are designed to support quality care, not rushed dentistry or burnout. Expectations, scheduling, and compensation are communicated clearly and consistently. Clinical input and mentorship are available when helpful, while independence is respected at every career stage. The culture, patient care, and clinical approach remain rooted in traditional private practice values.
