About The Position

We are seeking a talented, experienced Dentist to provide quality dental care in a collaborative and supportive dental practice. This position is for a Floating Dentist, offering full-time or part-time hours, including Saturdays. Our teams perform a variety of preventative, restorative, endodontic, and surgical procedures that fall under the scope of general dentistry. We foster teamwork, encouraging collaboration within your office and region to provide the best treatment for patients. Board Specialists are brought into the office to treat referred patients, allowing for a comprehensive approach under one roof. You will work side-by-side with Specialty Dentists, supported by experienced dental staff and wonderful patients. The office emphasizes teamwork to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, allowing you to focus on patient care and their smiles.

Requirements

DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
Active, unrestricted state dental license or in the process of obtaining a license upon graduation
CPR/BLS certification
DEA certification
NPI number

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and evaluations to diagnose dental problems
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
Perform a wide range of procedures, including fillings, cleanings, extractions, and root canals
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
Provide prescriptions for patients as needed
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including X-rays and treatment histories
Refer patients to specialists (like orthodontists or oral surgeons) for complex treatments
Ensure all work is compliant with safety, OSHA, and infection control standards
