About The Position
We’re seeking a General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join our well-established, high-quality, fee-for-service, solo practice in Kingwood, Texas. This is a great opportunity to step into a lead role, working alongside Dr. Perkins during a smooth transition as he plans to retire at the end of the year—ultimately offering the chance to become the sole dentist and continue growing a loyal, patient-focused practice. The practice is supported by Star Dental Partners, offering a private-practice mindset with the backing of a larger organization. Day-to-day dentistry is shaped locally by the doctors and teams, prioritizing clinical judgment, patient relationships, and a respectful, stable office environment with reasonable expectations and pacing. Collaboration is optional, and transparency and fairness are key values.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- 3+ years of US clinical experience required
- Interest in leadership, long-term growth, and contributing to a thriving practice
- Comfortable with comprehensive general dentistry, including crown & bridge, comprehensive treatment planning, and cosmetic dentistry
Nice To Haves
- AEGD/GPR residency welcomed, but not required
- Surgical extractions (preferred)
- Implant placement (a plus)
- Molar endodontics (a plus)
