Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
- Active or in-process dental license in the state of Indiana.
- Strong commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
- Comfortable utilizing modern dental technology.
- Growth-oriented mindset with interest in long-term development.
- Open to all experience levels.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, and surgical procedures.
- Diagnose conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records.
- Lead and collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient care.
- Adhere to all clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and safety standards (OSHA, HIPAA, state guidelines).
- Deliver a high level of patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
