General Dentist
About The Position
VA Smiles is seeking a full-time General Dentist to provide high-quality dental care at its North Fredericksburg practice. The role offers clinical autonomy to diagnose and treat patients in an established, patient-centered practice with steady patient flow. The dentist will join a collaborative and supportive team focused on respectful, compassionate patient relationships and professional growth. The practice offers investment in state-of-the-art technology and access to the ASCEND continuing education program. The schedule is four days per week: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Monday. Compensation is $180,000–$300,000 or more, based on a percentage of production or collections, with uncapped earning potential.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active Virginia dental license.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and professional ethics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
