Requirements

• DDS or DMD (accredited program)
• Active dental license (multi-state a plus)
• DEA license
• Strong oral surgery experience (surgical extractions required)
• Comfort working independently in mobile settings

Nice To Haves

• AEGD/GPR or advanced surgical training
• Endodontic experience
• Experience with medically complex or geriatric patients

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical extractions, biopsies, and infection management
• Diagnose and treatment plan using digital radiography
• Provide restorative and limited preventive care as needed
• Manage emergency and medically necessary procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Deliver care directly to patients in facility settings
