General Dentist
About The Position
Noble Community Clinics is seeking a General Dentist to provide compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse community, including underserved populations in Manitowoc, Sheboygan, and Washington Counties. The dentist will work within an integrated care model alongside Medical, Behavioral Health, and Pharmacy providers to support comprehensive care. The role also includes engaging with and mentoring students training at Noble, guiding and motivating team members, fostering a collaborative work environment, and contributing ideas for innovative care solutions that improve health outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited dental school with a D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree.
- Active license to practice dentistry in Wisconsin, or ability to obtain one.
- Current DEA registration and prescribing privileges.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to a diverse patient population, including people from underserved communities.
- Collaborate with Medical, Behavioral Health, and Pharmacy providers in an integrated care model.
- Engage with and mentor students training at Noble.
- Guide and motivate team members while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Contribute ideas to shape innovative care solutions and improve health outcomes.
