About The Position
Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics is hiring a full-time General Dentist for its busy, well-established Gran Plaza clinic in Fort Worth, Texas. The clinic has strong patient demand and patient volume, so the dentist does not need to build their own schedule. The organization focuses on providing high-quality, affordable dental care to underserved communities. The dentist will provide comprehensive general dental care in a fast-paced, team-driven setting, with clinical autonomy and operational support. Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active Texas dental license or ability to obtain one.
- Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and bedside manner.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Perform general dentistry procedures, including restorative care, extractions, and preventive care.
- Educate patients about oral health and treatment options.
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and specialists to ensure high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold clinical standards.
