About The Position

Aesthetic Dentistry of East Greenbush is seeking a skilled and motivated General Dentist to join their team. This part-time role involves working a few days a week, with the flexibility to choose from a Monday through Thursday schedule. The practice emphasizes prevention, attention to detail, and a patient-first philosophy. The new dentist will join an established patient base and work alongside Dr. Jim Reynolds in a supportive, collaborative office environment. Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active New York dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Demonstrated clinical experience and comfort with expanded functions: implant placement and restoration, molar root canal, and oral surgery
• Strong treatment-planning ability, sound clinical judgment, and excellent communication skills
• Genuine commitment to patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

• IV sedation certification or permit
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for partnering with an established, supportive team

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based, patient-first practices
• Place dental implants and implant restoration
• Perform molar root canal therapy
• Perform oral surgery procedures, including surgical extractions
• Provide IV sedation for appropriate cases, if credentialed
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options in a way that builds trust and case acceptance
• Partner with Dr. Reynolds on treatment planning, case collaboration, and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Partner with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver a seamless patient experience
• Uphold the practice's clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards at every visit
