Dentist - New Grads Welcome
About The Position
Gentle Dental is looking for a full-time General Dentist to join our established Cornell practice in Beaverton, Oregon. Whether you’re an experienced dentist looking for your next long-term practice or a new graduate ready to begin your career with a collaborative team around you, we’d love to meet you. The role offers a consistent four-day workweek (Tuesday-Friday + one Saturday per month), an established patient base with continued opportunity for growth, clinical autonomy, and comprehensive treatment planning. You will be supported by experienced dental assistants and office staff, and have access to continuing education and professional development opportunities. New graduates are welcome and will receive support to develop their skills, build confidence, and grow their patient base. Experienced dentists will find the established patient base, clinical autonomy, and organizational support to focus on comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment
- Current CPR certification
- DEA registration and NPI, or ability to obtain prior to start
Responsibilities
- Practice dentistry and make clinical decisions for patients.
- Diagnose, treatment plan, and practice dentistry.
- Provide high-quality dental care with a patient-focused approach.
