About The Position

We are seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our dynamic team as the sole dentist. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist who values patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and is seeking to earn compensation of over $250k annually. What We Offer: 4-day work week: Tuesday through Friday as the sole provider Modern facility with 5 spacious operatories 2 dedicated doctor operatories 3 hygiene columns per day Experienced support team: Office Manager, 2 front desk coordinators, 2 skilled dental assistants, and 4 registered dental hygienists Technology-forward practice: Digital X-rays Intraoral cameras Insurance mix: PPO with a Fee-for-Service component Ideal Candidate: Committed to providing exceptional patient care and building long-term relationships Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Open to expanding services such as endodontics, oral surgery, and implant placement (with in-house CBCT or referral options) Why Join Us? Requirements

DDS/DMD degree from a U.S.-accredited dental school or residency program
Active Florida dental license
Active Federal DEA registration and applicable certifications
Minimum of 3–5 years of professional clinical experience
Comfortable working in a solo provider environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships with patients and team members
