About The Position

The Smilist Dental is looking for a Floating General Dentist based out of our North Babylon office who wants control over their schedule, their income, and their week — without sacrificing the stability of a growing, well-established DSO. This role is built for a dentist who thrives on variety and wants to fill gaps in their schedule on their own terms, picking up days across our Nassau and Suffolk County offices. This role offers the ability to build a schedule that works for you, with uncapped, flexible earning potential. You will have full clinical support, access to modern infrastructure, and no administrative headaches as scheduling, marketing, insurance credentialing, and billing are handled for you.

Requirements

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Active NY dental license
Comfortable treating a broad scope of general dentistry procedures
Reliable, patient-focused, and excited about a flexible, multi-office schedule
Willingness to travel between offices in Nassau and Suffolk County

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general dentistry (exams, restorative, endo, extractions, and more depending on your comfort level and scope)
Deliver consistent, quality patient care across multiple Smilist locations
Step in flexibly to cover patient demand where and when it fits your schedule
