Requirements

  • DDS/DMD from an ADA/CDAC accredited dental school including prospective graduates.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients.
  • Develop and present treatment plans during patient consultations.
  • Review treatment plans with patients and families and obtain informed consent.
  • Deliver consistent, patient-centered care across all procedures.
  • Diagnose and treat dental conditions using restorative techniques, extractions, and prosthetic solutions as appropriate.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including state dental board regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
  • Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff.
  • Maintain detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with company standards.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports patient care and team success.
