About The Position

Bright Now Dental Visalia is looking for a motivated, patient-focused Comprehensive Care Dentist to join their established practice Monday through Friday. The practice offers strong compensation with a daily guarantee or percentage of production (whichever is higher), an established patient flow with an active patient base and consistent new patient flow, and the opportunity to practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy, modern technology and equipment backed by an experienced clinical team. You will have access to complimentary CE for implants, endodontics, clear aligners, and more, both virtually and in-person. Additionally, there is a collaborative clinical community with access to experienced mentors and colleagues for case discussion and professional growth, and real support from operations, training, talent acquisition, marketing, and compliance experts.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited school
Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining )
Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
