About The Position
Community Dental Partners is seeking a General Dentist to join Family Smiles of Kingsville, a two-doctor, family-focused dental practice in Kingsville, Texas. This role is ideal for a new graduate or an experienced dentist looking for strong clinical support, consistent patient demand, mentorship, continuing education, and growth opportunities within a supportive practice environment. The practice is supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team, allowing dentists to concentrate on delivering high-quality, comprehensive dental care and fostering patient relationships. The position utilizes digital technology in a fully digital dental office.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active or eligible Texas dental license.
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in mentorship, professional development, and continued clinical growth.
- A team-oriented approach and commitment to a positive dental office culture.
- New graduate dentists and experienced dentists are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry and family dental care.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical and front office team.
- Use digital technology and workflows in a fully digital dental practice.
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs.
- Practice with clinical autonomy, with access to mentorship and support as needed.
- Build trusted relationships with patients and provide a positive dental experience.
- Contribute to a positive team culture focused on patient care and quality dentistry.
- Continue developing clinical skills through mentorship and company-provided continuing education.
Benefits
- Up to $40,000 total sign-on bonus, which includes a lodging stipend
- Year 1: $14,000 sign-on bonus
- Year 1: $12,000 housing stipend ($1,000 per month for 12 months)
- Year 2: $14,000 sign-on bonus
