About The Position
Today Dental is hiring a General Dentist for a family-owned group of dental offices across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The dentist will be the only dentist in the office, receive every new patient, and have full clinical autonomy over diagnoses, treatment plans, and care decisions. The practice has a full-time hygienist, a fully digital setup with a scanner and modern equipment, and covers laboratory expenses. Molar endodontics, surgical extractions, implants, and Invisalign are performed in-house, with continuing education support for expanding the dentist’s scope. Compensation is listed as $200,000+ annually, with an $800-per-day minimum guarantee. The practice accepts PPO and fee-for-service patients only and does not accept HMO. Today Dental describes its offices as drama-free, supported by well-trained teams, and involved in charitable work, including charity cases and time at Scottish Rite Hospital. Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree.
- Active Texas dental license.
- Established clinical skill set; currently producing as a dentist.
- Seeking a long-term professional home.
