About The Position

Holden Dental Care is seeking a General Dentist to join our established, patient-focused practice. Our dentists are supported by experienced clinical teams and a strong operational team that allows them to focus on delivering excellent care. You’ll step into a strong patient base with consistent new patient flow, providing the opportunity to quickly build and maintain a productive schedule. This opportunity offers modern technology and the support of a superbly trained clinical team. Full-time dentists enjoy paid time off and reimbursements for continuing education and malpractice insurance. This role is ideal for a dentist who values clinical autonomy, strong patient demand, and the support needed to succeed. Compensation includes a competitive percentage of collections with an initial daily guarantee to support a smooth transition into the practice.

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active MA state dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Commitment to high-quality clinical care and patient experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and restorative care
  • Deliver high-quality care in a patient-centered environment
  • Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Adhere to clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
