About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, productive, and patient-focused General Dentist to join an established five-chair practice in Middletown, New York. The role offers an established patient base, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing multi-location dental organization. The dentist is expected to take a comprehensive approach to diagnosis and treatment planning and provide a broad range of general dentistry, including restorative care, endodontics, and surgical extractions. The practice has a primarily PPO patient base and serves a diverse, established community. It offers experienced administrative and clinical support, including dedicated dental assistant support, and a modern digital workflow using Dentrix, digital radiography, digital panoramic imaging, and a Medit i700 intraoral scanner. Providers have the resources and stability of a growing organization while retaining clinical autonomy. Compensation includes an $800–$1,000 daily guarantee, 35% of adjusted collections, a monthly compensation true-up, and an initial 90-day guarantee period. Malpractice reimbursement or a health insurance contribution and a 401(k) retirement plan are also offered. High-performing providers may have the opportunity to pursue true equity and future ownership in an individual practice. The position is full-time. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.
