Join Our Team as a PRN/Floating General Dentist supporting all 7 Ideal Dental locations in ORLANDO, FLORIDA. This role offers Saturday coverage with practice hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. DECA Dental Group | Ideal Dental is seeking an exceptional PRN/Floating General Dentist to support our practices on an as-needed basis, offering flexibility and work-life balance. Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Active or pending state dental license
• A passion for patient care and strong interpersonal communication skills
• The desire to contribute to a supportive, guest-focused team

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional general and cosmetic dentistry services (e.g., fillings, crowns, bridges, molar endo, Invisalign)
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and team members
• Provide ethical, high-quality care with a focus on long-term outcomes
• Embrace continuous learning and collaboration within our doctor network
