About The Position

Join Shared Practices Group (SPG) as a General Dentist/Implantologist in Chattanooga, TN. SPG is redefining dentistry with over 40 practices nationwide, focusing on implant and denture care that transforms lives. Our mission is to expand access to life-changing full-arch dental care and empower dentists to build fulfilling, advanced careers. This role is not an ordinary general dentist position; you will perform advanced implant procedures such as full-arch fixed rehabilitations (All-on-4 and similar techniques), implant overdentures, and complex restorative work. Our structure minimizes administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on providing transformative patient care.

Requirements

Licensed General Dentist with experience or interest in implantology
Comfort and enthusiasm for performing advanced surgical and restorative procedures
A commitment to clinical excellence with a patient-centered approach
Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Chattanooga, TN

Responsibilities

Perform full-arch fixed implant rehabilitations and implant overdentures
Place and restore single implants with precision and care
Conduct bone and soft-tissue grafting as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Work closely with in-house lab technicians to deliver efficient, high-quality restorations
Leverage dental assistant–driven restorative workflows to focus on high-impact procedures
Contribute to building patient confidence through excellent clinical care and communication
