About the Role We’re looking for a General Dentist/Implantologist to join our Warwick, RI practice. This isn’t your ordinary general dentist position. Here, you’ll spend your days performing advanced implant procedures like full-arch fixed rehabilitations (All-on-4 and similar techniques), implant overdentures, and complex restorative work. Our structure helps maximize your time doing what you do best — providing transformative patient care — by reducing administrative tasks and supporting you every step of the way.

Requirements

  • Licensed General Dentist with experience or interest in implantology
  • Comfort and enthusiasm for performing advanced surgical and restorative procedures
  • A commitment to clinical excellence with a patient-centered approach
  • Desire for clinical autonomy balanced with collaborative teamwork
  • Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Warwick, RI
  • Ambition to grow professionally, including leadership and educational roles

Responsibilities

  • Perform full-arch fixed implant rehabilitations and implant overdentures
  • Place and restore single implants with precision and care
  • Conduct bone and soft-tissue grafting as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Work closely with in-house lab technicians to deliver efficient, high-quality restorations
  • Leverage dental assistant–driven restorative workflows to focus on high-impact procedures
  • Contribute to building patient confidence through excellent clinical care and communication
