As we continue our accelerated growth trajectory, we are seeking a General Legal Counsel to serve as a primary strategic advisor to our executive leadership team. In this role, you will be the ultimate authority on managing complex legal and regulatory risks across our telehealth and pharmaceutical operations. We are looking for a seasoned leader who balances rigorous legal judgment with business pragmatism to build the frameworks and policies that will enable our next phase of global expansion. Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with an active bar membership.
10+ years of legal experience with a proven track record of providing high-level advice to senior stakeholders.
Proven experience managing others in legal, compliance, and QA within a regulated environment.
Deep experience overseeing critical company transactions, disputes, and regulatory inquiries.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level advice to executive leadership on complex, high-impact legal and regulatory matters.
Establish and scale legal frameworks, policies, and controls aligned with company risk tolerance and growth objectives.
Lead, mentor, and oversee the legal department, ensuring high-quality work product and professional development.
Oversee critical company transactions and manage litigation matters, including the oversight of outside counsel strategy and budgets.
Proactively advise leadership on evolving regulatory landscapes and associated business risks.
Provides high-level legal advice to executive leadership and internal stakeholders on complex, high-impact legal and regulatory matters.
Establishes and scales legal frameworks, policies, and controls aligned with the company’s risk tolerance and growth objectives.
Leads, mentors, and oversees junior legal associates to ensure high-quality work product and professional development across the team.
Oversees critical company transactions, including strategic vendor agreements, technology contracts, and commercial deals.
Manages and coordinates litigation matters and regulatory inquiries, including the oversight of outside counsel strategy and budgets.
Advises on liability exposure and dispute resolution strategies to protect the company's long-term interests.
