About The Position
Quartermaster AI is seeking an experienced and mission-driven in-house legal counsel to lead the legal, contracts, and regulatory functions.

- Mix of law firm and in-house experience.
- Deep understanding of government and defense contracting processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee legal, regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance matters.
- Negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers.
- Lead legal aspects of investor financing, strategic partnership agreements, and M&A activities.
- Advise on compliance with U.S. government contracting requirements.
- Advise on compliance with export control and security compliance requirements.
- Manage intellectual property portfolio.
- Serve as strategic advisor to the executive leadership team.
- Work cross-functionally with the Business Development, HR, Operations, Engineering teams.
