General Consumers: Paid Interview on Digital Experiences
About The Position
We're running a paid study on user behavior during everyday online tasks. The goal is to evaluate how intuitive different interface elements and question flows are for general audiences. Your participation helps us identify common friction points in standard digital experiences. You will join a remote session to walk through a series of simple digital tasks. During the session, you will answer a set of questions about your immediate reactions to the interface. You will also have the opportunity to share your thoughts openly about what works well and what feels confusing. The entire process is conversational and designed to capture your natural responses to the prompts.
Requirements
- Comfortable communicating your thoughts clearly in English.
- Regular user of standard web or mobile applications.
- Willingness to share candid opinions on digital experiences.
