About The Position

This position entails performing regular maintenance technicians’ duties and supervisory roles of assigned jobs. Duties include performing work involving the skills of two or more trades to maintain building and common areas components and structures. Duties may involve carpentry, concrete, light electrical, light plumbing, painting, drywall, etc. You will directly supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians, ordering materials and outlining job responsibilities for technicians scheduled for the job site and other supervisory functions.
