Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- Working with various hand tools (drills, saws, etc.)
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically active work.
- Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Install trailer components, including walls, doors, wiring, lights, decking, and hardware.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work closely with a team committed to building exceptional trailers.
