This is a non-exempt, general construction role focused on building manufactured housing on a production line. The position requires working as part of a team in a fast-paced and consistent manner, performing quality work. Requirements

• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically
• Must understand safety procedures
• Must have good teamwork skills
• Must live the Champion Operating Principles
• Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen.

• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
