The role requires a beginning to working knowledge of the subject matter, handling basic issues and problems, and referring more complex issues to higher-level staff. ServiceSource is a 501(c)(3) organization with programs and operations in more than a dozen states and the District of Columbia, serving over 35,000 individuals with disabilities annually through innovative employment, training, habilitation, housing, and other support services.
