Requirements

Prior cleaning, janitorial, or restoration experience preferred but not required
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning and restoration services in residential and commercial properties
Clean and sanitize affected areas following SERVPRO standards and protocols
Operate cleaning equipment and apply appropriate cleaning agents safely and effectively
Assist with pack-out, inventory, and moving of contents as needed
Communicate professionally with customers on-site to ensure satisfaction
Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicles, and supplies
Document job progress and report updates to crew leads or project managers
