Programmed Cleaning Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time General Cleaner to clean and maintain a commercial office building in the West Madison Area. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well independently, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and professional environment. Programmed Cleaning Inc. has been a regional contract cleaning company with operations throughout Wisconsin since 1960, serving a wide array of clients including multi-tenant buildings, commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, financial institutions, and educational facilities.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented and dependable.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and willing to perform various cleaning tasks.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Dust and clean desks, cabinets, partitions, and other surfaces.
- Empty trash and recycling and dispose of materials properly.
- Sweep and mop hard floors.
- Vacuum carpets using upright or backpack vacuums.
- Spot-clean carpets as needed.
- Clean glass surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
- Restock restroom supplies and maintain a clean, sanitary environment.
- Polish metal fixtures and fittings.
- Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
- Follow all company safety standards and procedures.
