About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team for a commercial property in the Northwood area. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking for a consistent, part-time evening schedule (no weekends!) to supplement their income. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, possesses excellent time management skills, and has a strong eye for cleanliness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively, and comfortably stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the 4-hour shift.
• Dependable transportation to the Northwood/Commercial area and a strong track record of punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the facility.
• Empty trash, recycling, and compost bins, and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Thoroughly clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms.
• Dust desks, countertops, and office furniture; sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Perform other routine cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor to ensure the building looks its best.
